Thank you for bringing a piece of our art into your home!! We hope that you love your tart Magic! We ask that everyone understands that we hand make everything we sell. We strive for perfection but imperfections do happen. Please know this when buying hand made.
We ship within 5 business days, depending on how many orders we have open. Holidays do not count as business days.
Our shipping rates (now included in the price of the product)include the cost of the box/bag, bubblewrap, cards, Crystal info, and any additional packaging supplies we DO NOT profit on our shipping. That being said we are an able to lower our prices are offered free shipping for small items or anything really. Nothing we make is shipped out without proper protection. That is for your benefit and ours. We are not provided with any additional tracking information than the customer.
Canada shipping is open but there are restricted placed by the post (we have no control over). Package to certain areas/package weights are restricted by USPS and only UPS is allowed to ship. When shipping with UPS there are custom fees that the BUYER is responsible for. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding that we do not have control over this situation.
international shipping is currently closed . Due to the weight and how far items must travel, we must pack them as best as possible. And the cost of shipping cannot be brought down. We are not responsible for customs pricing. If your package goes to customs it is the customers responsibility to claim. If the package is sent back, it is the customers reasonability to pay for shipping again. If the package goes missing you must contact your local post. If the package gets damaged, we must have proof of damaged items and packaging. Delays are inevitable. Shipping internationally is still taking longer than usual. We are not responsible for how long international shipping takes. Please understand this if you decide to purchase. We are not provided with any additional tracking information than the customer.
Please note : ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns or cancellations. IF the product comes damaged or broken \with proof of damaged packages. Buyer and seller are both responsible for filling out necessary forms through USPS. USPS os now requiring the buyer to bring the damaged item to a post office to show proof of damages. There is no way to bypass this process. In order for both seller and buyer to be refunded, this is a necessary step. A refund will be available after approval through USPS.
If you package is lost must file a claim within 15 days of delivery. We are not responsible for lost products, but we will do what we can to resolve the situation.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. We can not file a claim or get reimbursed for stolen packages. It’s the buyers responsibility to file a claim with USPS.
Again we want our customers to be totally satisfied but we would ask that you please be aware of what you’re purchasing.
