Reiki 1 CLASS - July 22nd - 11:00am

Reiki 1 class led by Reiki Master Teacher Tara Hardy. This class will be held at the tARTbyTARA store located in Lago Vista Texas on sat July 22nd . Class 11am-5pm. Please bring a lunch or you may leave to get lunch. We will provide some snacks, tea, coffee and water.

11-1 : History, lineage, and Q&A

1-2: Lunch break

2-5 : Hands on practice, attunement and discussion

Reiki is an energy healing practice that originates form Japan. The practice has been used and passed down for over 100 years from Dr. Mikao Usui. It can used to balance chakras, ease the mind and body, and help to process trauma.
